The difference

Same order. Two ways of taking it.

On paper

A sheet you have to interpret

Beef cut sheet
  • Steak thickness "normal"
  • Roasts a few big
  • Ground rest of it
  • Total figure it at pickup
  • Two calls back before anyone can start cutting.
  • The price is a conversation at the counter.
  • Every sheet gets re-typed, re-totaled, or re-explained.

How it works

  1. 1

We set up your cut sheet

Send your current sheet and price list. Slaughter and disposal fees, per-pound wrap rates, grind and patty minimums, package deals — all configured to match, before you pay anything.

Your sheet, not a generic one

  2. 2

    You send one link

The same link works for every customer, every animal, all season. Text it, email it, post it, or print a QR code for the counter.

    No more mailing paper

  3. 3

    They order from their phone

Every choice is priced as it's made, so the number at pickup is the number they already agreed to. You get an email the moment an order lands.

    Complete orders, no callbacks

  4. 4

You run it from one screen

Enter the hanging weight once after slaughter and the whole order reprices itself. Send the bill and the pickup notice from the same page.

    No calculator, no clipboard

Your whole season on one board

Every order and where it stands. Enter the hanging weight once and every per-pound charge on that order turns into a real number — then bill and notify from the same row.

The real thing

Fill one out yourself

This is a working cut sheet, priced by the same engine a real shop runs on. Go through it as your customer would — then submit it and you'll see exactly what lands on your side.

Nothing is saved and no one is contacted. Sample pricing shown for demonstration.

Let's build your cut list

Tell us how you want your beef cut. Every choice is priced as you make it, so the total at pickup is the total you already saw. Charges billed by the pound are finalized once the animal is weighed.

How this works. On the next page you'll tell us how you want each section of the animal cut. Just make your choices — no weight estimates needed. The processor will record the weight after processing and calculate your final pricing at that time.

Questions

What is CutListHelper?

CutListHelper is online cut sheet software for meat processors. Customers complete a priced cut sheet from their phone, and the shop manages orders, weights, billing, and pickup notices from one dashboard.

How much does CutListHelper cost?

CutListHelper costs $49 per month, or $490 per year. Setup and cut sheet configuration are included at no additional cost. There is no contract.

Does CutListHelper take a percentage of orders?

No. Customers pay the shop directly, and the platform charges a flat subscription and nothing else. CutListHelper never handles a shop's money.

Do customers need an app or an account?

No. Customers open a link in whatever browser is already on their phone. There is nothing to download and no password to create.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes two to three business days after a shop sends its cut sheet and price list. The sheets are configured and reviewed with the shop before any payment.

Can we change our own prices?

Yes. Every price is editable from the dashboard, or a new price list can be sent over and configured. Orders already placed keep the prices the customer was quoted.

Can customers pay online?

Not yet. Deposits are tracked in the dashboard and collected the way the shop collects them now. Online deposit payment is in development and will be optional.

Will customers see your branding on our emails?

No. Bills and pickup notices are sent from the shop's own address under the shop's name, so a customer sees the butcher rather than the software.

What happens to our orders if we cancel?

Order history is exported and sent on request. Billing is month to month and can be cancelled at any time.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, on both sides. Customers order from a phone, and the shop can record hanging weights, mark deposits, and send pickup notices from one.

What is a cut sheet?

A cut sheet is the form a processing customer uses to specify how their animal is cut, wrapped, and packaged: steak thickness, roast size, grind quantity, and packaging choices.

Send us your cut sheet. We'll send back your link.

Your sheet and price list get configured and reviewed with you before you pay anything. If it can't handle your pricing, you'll know before it costs you.

The form takes a minute, and you'll hear back within one business day.
